This 212 page addition to the series is a potential standalone with an HEA, but it would be better if read from the first book, Heat, which gives background for the series. I loved Bryce and Peyton story couldn't put this down.

Well, after reading Scorch I was a little disappointed with this one. It's a little slow until chapter 27, then picked up. Of the 4 books in the series, my favorite is...you guessed... Scorch!
Ty for another fantastic book Aubrey Irons! Your writing is always so refreshing, and such a nice change with your fiery characters! Bryce and Peyton a match made in heaven or..is it? Lol. They definitely have more in common then you would think, and are just great together! Both are fiesty characters and the way they head butt at times Wow! Of course there's plenty of sizzling moments that'll keep you warm, an action too! The storyline like the other books in the series was fantastic as was the plot. Highly recommended!
