I loved it not saying that because my Great Uncle is the writer of this book I really enjoyed it and in school they don't talk to the class about the cold war or any war for that matter and it's nice to read about the cold war and learn new things about a war - Wyatt Taylor
Ive always been on the jet side of MIGS and for this to be an honest review its important to know that Ive gotten to know Larry in the last two years.
Back to the jets,any book I`ve read on the 4477th or secret operations was an unveiling of operations that had been secret to the public.THIS book takes you to behind,behind the scenes.Some of it deals with the MIGs, a lot deals with radars,support and acquisition of materials for all these operations.
Most importantly this is a book written by Larry for his dear friend Bobby Ellis.Larry presents their exploits in a very easy,relaxed manner.Easy to read and Im hoping there will be a second book!
